Requesting Turn-Off


All requests for turn-off can only be made by the named account holder. Service is typically terminated same-day. There is a 6-8 week processing on all terminated accounts. Your deposit will be credited against your final balance.

Balance, Credits, and Bills


  • If a balance exists on the account after the application of the deposit and final bill will be mailed to the forwarding address listed on the "Request to Disconnect Services" form.
  • If there is still a credit on the account after the application of the deposit and refund check will be mailed to the forwarding address listed on the "Request to Disconnect Services" form.
  • You may still receive bills after you request service termination.  Ignore any regular bills received after your service termination request.  Please wait until you receive your "Final Bill."
