The Adelanto City Council is seeking young adults interested in contributing to the City of Adelanto (“City”) by exploring City processes and learning to be effective spokespeople for the youth of Adelanto. Meetings are held from 4:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at Adelanto City Council Chambers Located at 11600 Air Expressway, Adelanto CA 92301.

Applicants must be between the ages of 14 and 18 and live within the boundaries of the City of Adelanto.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL

The following criteria will be considered for eligibility as a member of the City of Adelanto Youth Advisory Council:

Applicants must be a resident of the City of Adelanto and be between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) years old and live within the boundaries of the City of Adelanto.

Members of the Adelanto Youth Advisory Council shall be Adelanto residents at the time of application and continuously thereafter during membership.

Membership is open to all local youth meeting the criteria provided herein.

THE FIRST MEETING WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 14th, 2023
